When will I get my order?
It takes 3-7 days to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out. The shipping time depends on your location, but can be estimated as follows:
USA: 5-8 business days
Canada: 6-12 business days
International: 10-20 business days
Where will my order ship from?
I work with an on-demand order fulfillment company called Printful. They have locations in the United States and Europe, so depending on where you are, your orders are printed and shipped from the facility that can do it most efficiently!
Will I be charged customs for my order?
An additional customs and tax fee can occur on international orders (including orders to Canada). This fee is not in my control and is assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely for every country so please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases.
My order should be here by now, but I still don’t have it. What should I do?
Unfortunately, I am still a tiny business and can’t offer replacement orders at this time. However, all packages are given a tracking number once shipped, so they shouldn’t be too difficult to track down.
If you haven’t received your package yet, you can try the following:
- Check your shipping confirmation email for:
- The tracking number
- Any mistakes in the delivery address
- Ask your local post office if they have your package
- Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them
If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn’t left at the post office or at your neighbor’s, I recommend filing a claim with the delivery company. If you still have questions, feel free to get in touch with me at firstname.lastname@example.org and I can try to help you track it down!
How are your products made?
I work with a reliable, high-quality print-on-demand drop shipper called Printful. They have locations in the United States and Europe, so depending on where you are, your orders are printed and shipped from the facility that can do it most efficiently!
How do I track my order?
All Printful’s shipping methods include tracking, so you’ll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out. If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment, drop me a line at email@example.com.
I received a wrong/damaged product, what should I do?
I’m so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help me and Printful resolve this for you quickly, please email me at firstname.lastname@example.org within a week of receiving your order with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. I’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!
Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are only offered to customers who receive the wrong items or damaged items. If either of these apply, please contact me at email@example.com within one week of receiving your purchase with photos of the wrong/damaged items and I’ll sort that out for you.
What’s your return policy?
Unless the item is damaged, Printful does not offer returns or exchanges because each item is printed on-demand after you order it.
However, if you’re really unhappy with your product, you can mail the item to me and I will personally refund you the cost of the item. Obviously, I would prefer not to have a stockpile of merchandise in my tiny apartment, so please be careful when selecting your size and refer to the sizing chart—I have one listed for every item in the shop, located in the product description section. That said, I want to make sure my customers are happy, so if you would like to send me the item for a refund, you can email me at firstname.lastname@example.org.
